FM Team and Process Building
Developed a team to enable the Move Add Change and Space Planning process for the PDC. Implemented best-in-class* tools to support both strategic and tactical facility planning. *UMS Group study.
Facility Drawing and Asset Updates
All MEP, architectural, site, building, lab equipment, emergency response systems and personnel inventory are kept current with tactical and large scale capital projects.
Strategic FM Planning
Future lab and office environment planning is a central part of our effort.
Space Planning and Interior Design
Provide resources to design, price, and generate BOM level information as well as incorporate direct supplier management when sourcing these options.
Business Continuity, Safety, and Disaster Planning
H-D has a long history of maintaining the resources to respond to emergency situations with drawings and data. Our team has been closely involved with these efforts for many years.
IT Integration, Application support
We serve as a technical liaison with Facilities, Maintenance, and IT. FacilityNow has coordinated technical resources, defined the tools needed and worked with internal IT resources as well as out-sourced suppliers to integrate and support PDC Facilities.
Lab Planning
Harley-Davidson maintains state of the art research and development laboratories. FacilityNow supports the planning, reconfiguration, and up-fits of these facilities.
Equipment Relocation
We support equipment and machinery installs and moves along with construction and reconfiguration including MEP and Building Controls support.
