FM Team and Process Building
Solid processes are the key to any smooth running Facility Dept. and FacilityNow works closely with the We Administrative Services (AS) team on a regular basis to ensure developed processes are followed and improved upon as needed.
Facility Drawing Updates and As-Built Drawing Services
We Energies maintains accurate facility drawings by utilizing FacilityNow for drawing updates as well as on site as-built and verification services. All building structural and mechanical drawings are maintained as well as accurate furniture locations and layouts.
Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Implementation and Maintenance
Accurate floor plans and related furniture layouts are linked to data gathered and maintained by FacilityNow. This data set includes room numbers, occupant location and related information, business unit allocations, space use and type for 6000+ occupants and 7400+ spaces.
Document management and distribution services
Utilizing new PDF capabilities to provide single source project documentation packets, FacilityNow is helping to streamline all We AS projects, moves, adds and changes.
Maintenance System (CMMS) Implementation and Support
FacilityNow helped to deploy a complete Micromain system covering 30 sites across Wisconsin including web-based requests and handhelds for field work order use and time entry. Full training and customization for users was included as part of the project.
IT Integration, Application support
Acting as liaison to the to We IT dept., FacilityNow takes the point for Facility related software implementations including CMMS, CAFM and document management software.
Space Planning / MAC
FacilityNow is an integrated process resource for all large space planning projects as well as all moves, adds and changes and meets weekly with Facility Planners, IT, Telecom, and furniture vendors.
